16. I enjoy my new job but I sit at a computer all day now. I don get much exercise. What do you think I should do to keep fit?
Dear jane,I'm glad to know you get a new job but I myself believe that health is really important so that to have a good health you should do many things.
The first, you should eat more green vegetables, fruit and avoid drinking too much tea, coffee or wine.
The second, you should sleep about 6 or 7 hours every day because it's the time to refresh your mind.
Moreover, you should always relax yourself by listening to music or playing games because it's can help me reduce stress after a hard working day, actually, it's really good for your health.
