21. I enjoy my new job but I sit at a computer all day now. I doa't get much exercise. What do you think I sbould do to keep fit?

I'm writing to give you some keyed about keep fit. Firstly, eating a good balance of carbohydrate, fresh protein and healthy fats will give you the energy to aid your fitness challenge. You should eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.You should not eat a lot of meat.
Secondly, you should spend 15-30 minutes each day to take exercise at your work place or at home. You should spend time to relax You should or go our with family or friends in free time.
Thirdly you should reduce stress by doing what you love such as: listening to music, watching funny films. These activity will help you heath and keep fit. I hope you can carry out it.
